ROCORP CONSTRUCTION pROPERTY MARKETING CAMPAIGNS.

Overview

RoCorp Construction is a Perth-based property developer and builder specialising in industrial and commercial projects.
I’ve led the creative direction, branding, and marketing rollout across multiple RoCorp developments, crafting campaigns that merge visual storytelling with commercial outcomes.

My Role

  • Creative Direction: Developed and implemented brand and marketing strategies for RoCorp’s property portfolio, ensuring consistency across all collateral, digital presence, and on-site branding.

  • Campaign Production:

    • Directed aerial and ground-level photography and videography for development showcases.

    • Oversaw the creation of promotional video assets, digital adverts, and brochure campaigns.

    • Designed property marketing materials including site signage, floor plans, print brochures, and digital presentations.

  • Brand Identity & Design: Refined the RoCorp visual identity, delivering unified creative assets across all communication touchpoints.

  • Web & Digital Marketing: Produced landing pages and social content for active property launches and lead-generation campaigns.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Worked directly with the company director and sales agents to interpret project briefs, develop creative concepts, and coordinate marketing outputs.

Output

  • Complete property brand rollout for key projects including 102 on Norma, Acton Avenue, and Davilak Avenue developments.

  • Aerial video tours and still photography used across sales platforms and investor presentations.

  • Digital marketing campaigns and high-end brochures supporting project pre-sales and launches.

Outcome

The campaigns positioned RoCorp as a premium, design-focused developer within Western Australia’s industrial property sector.
The visual strategy strengthened the brand’s professional presence, attracted buyer engagement, and delivered consistent creative assets for ongoing development marketing.
